We have a cell tower on our commercial property. There is one carrier. How do we get other carriers without relinquishing our rights?

subleasing your tower

Doris, do you own the tower or does the carrier or tower company own the tower? If they have subleasing rights, it's in their own best interests to market to other carriers. You don't want to go out and contact other carriers if it's of no benefit to you. Please take a look a the "Assignment / Subleasing" provision in your lease, then give us a call. We have a few other questions for you.
