How much should I ASK to increase the lease ($1900 a month) for a 5 years renewal if they have leased in our land a multi carrier cell tower (Movistar - Twenty - CNT)?

Carlos I am not familiar with rates or the market conditions of cell tower leases in your country but thank you for posting your question.
