It depends. We would need to see your lease to see what their rights are. We have caught carriers cutting corners and taking additional space without owner approval in the past. Give us a call as our initial consultation is free.

I don't believe you would get anything for a generator. I am not getting anything for cabinets.
I would get something for the addition of a shelter.

I do believe they should let you know when something is being added though. I feel it is a common courtesy.
