Our family has no experience with cell site leasing, but Kevin tactfully provided us with a quick education and identified several serious deficiencies in the unsolicited lease agreement which was presented to us. Kevin is knowledgeable, easy to work with and talks with the layman in plain English. We are very glad that we found him and that he helped us avoid getting stuck in a bad business deal.
