Wondering what the current lease rates or perpetual easement buyout numbers may be. Crown wants to purchase a perpetual easement for the current lease agreement we have.

How much time is left on your lease?
Can you renegotiate or wait a few years?
Does your lease have a right of first refusal?
How many carriers are on the tower?
Where is it located?
