Crown castle want to buy the lease of the 2 towers on my property

I'm the landlord of the property and there are two tower on the property...one of them owned by AT&T ....both belong to crown castle....
Crown castle offered to buy the lease of both(AT&T and Verizon ) ....will be a good idea??

Generally they want to buy you out because it's a good deal for them. Doesn't mean it's not a good deal for you, but we really need more details regarding the tower, location, topography, zoning, etc etc etc to make a determination.
