Generally it's going to be less. The carrier that is co-locating is going to be paying Crown Castle, American Tower or SBA anywhere from $1,800 - $2,300 per month and then the tower company is going to usually pay you out of that amount. With that said, there are other ways to structure deals but that can't always be achieved at the start of the lease.
