Cellular carrier conflict resolution

Can Tower Genius help us to resolve an ongoing carrier dispute with Verizon. Our lawyer tried last year to come to a fair conclusion of the matter but was not able to work things out because all of the technical telecommunication issues. We dont need another attorney to screw things up but a company that knows what the hell they are doing. You guys seem like the only real website other that a few others that just buy leases.

Carrier Conflict / Dispute Resolutions / Negotiations

Ken thanks for your posted question and I can "hear" your frustration through the blog. First things first... YES. Tower Genius can almost certainly help you to unravel any seemingly complex carrier issue that exist between you the Owner/Landlord and the Carrier/Tenant on your property. Sometimes depending on what the issue is, you will need to hire an attorney. We are not attorneys, and what we have found more often than not, it is attorneys who usually make cell site leasing issues worse, both from the landlord's and from the wireless carrier's side. What do they care, their clocks are ticking and they are billing you hourly or billing their carrier clients hourly. Not the case with us.

The majority of issues that come up are found on rooftops but they also exist for cell towers as well. When you have multiple wireless tenants, lets say Verizon Wireless, AT&T Wireless and Sprint/Nextel on the same rooftop, with cable trays, conduit antennas all over, things can get a bit complicated. Add to that the fact that many of these leases change hands over the years, and you never have the same contractors coming in and out of your building, it can be complicated to keep track of everything to say the least.

We take the pain and frustration out of these situations for landlords. We can help you to deal with Verizon, but also help landlords fix problems they are having with T-Mobile, AT&T, US Cellular, etc..

Verizon likes to throw their weight around, that's fine, they are top dog in the wireless industry. If we determine that they are not in compliance with their lease agreement, we will get them to comply. It's that simple. Since Tower Genius does not do any work for them (or any other carrier) in any market, we do not have our hand out begging for work from them like many of our competitors. So we have no problem going toe to toe with them to resolve issues.

Give us a call ASAP at 888-313-9750 on Monday.
