We have a cell tower on our property currently bringing in $30,000 a year. I'd like to know if for the area and amount of companies using it if this amount is reasonable.
Is the cell tower rent being paid by a carrier like Sprint, T-Moblie, US Cellular, Verizon or AT&T?
Is the tower owned by a tower company like American Tower, Crown Castle or SBA Communications? And is their one carrier or are there multiple carriers?
Where is it located, what does it cover, and what's the local zoning (difficulty level) like?
