i am about to buy a building that has a cell tower on the roof. the landlord is including the income of the tower with the income from the units of the building, thus increasing the net operating income. i have a few questions. 1. is that the way it should be done? 2. should i value the cell tower seperatly? 3. if yes. how do i do that? 4. can a company remove the tower at any point?
