Cell Tower Space rates

We have three communication towers that we placed for our broadband network: two are 120 ft., and one is 110' ft. We were recently approached by a cell tower company. I would like to talk to someone about rates and lease provisions for both tower space, as well as rack space in our equipment shelter. I would also like rates on mobile backhaul if you have them. Thank you.
