Hello I am the Emergency Coordinator and Fire Chief in Gingolx. I have a company that has installed a cell tower on the Fire Hall property and they want to set up a lease. I have been asked by my Municipal Government to set a monthly lease price. I have been researching the cost and came across your site. We have one service provider using the property in question and I would like to set the cost fairly high to provide negotiation between the two parties. The lease value will be going into emergency services that I provide for my community.
My location is Gingolx, British Columbia the cell phone provider is Rogers partnered with Nisga'a Pacific Ventures Limited. The area used is about 5'x5'x65'
I hope you can provide me with some knowledge and information
Thank you
Stan Thomas Gingolx Village Government Emergency Coordinator/Fire Chief
