WE have been contacted by Fullerton engineering about leasing 100x100 area plus entrance/service drive on our 36.5 acre property. There is a existing radio tower with cell addons bordering our property. Their initial offer was $750/month. Came back with $1000/month when I objected. They want a 10yr initial lease and several 5yr leases after at 2% annual increases. Refuse to pay any extra for additional carriers added. Don't want to lose them but offer seems low to me without paying for additional carriers.
