Direct US Cellular or Carrier or Tower Developer?
by: Stephen

So they offered you $1,000 per month with a ten year renewal term for a total of 15 years (unlikely) or did they offer you a 5-year initial terms with 10 addition 5-year renewals for a total of 55 years (more likely)?

Was it a carrier like US Cellular, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, AT&T or Sprint?

Or was it a cell tower developer making the offer?

Where exactly is the property located?

Commercial? Residential? Agricultural? What zoning requirements (setbacks, etc) impacting the cell tower being proposed?

What other choices do they have besides your property?
