I have a Verizon cell tower on our ranch in Hutchinson County, TX. The lease will be expiring next year. We are getting $2,351/Year. Is this a good rate?

I have a Verizon tower on my property. My monthly fee is up to $2440. a MONTH! I realize we are not comparing apples to apples here or tower to tower but that sounds ridiculous. I would definitely get help with your new lease.
