cell tower in Alexandria Alabama

We have property on highway 431 near Alexandria, Al. Verizon approached us about building a tower there, 100 X 100 ft property. first offer was 600.00 mo. with small percent increase in 5 years. I questioned the amount & they came up to 750.00 mo. with no increases ever, but they would give us a 750.00 one time signing bonus. NEVER ANY INCREASES. We have been told that leases there are going for a good bit more than that. Don't want to be greedy but want to be treated fair too. How do we approach this without losing our opportunity?

Liars and Bandits offer no rent increases

Besides that big red flag, there are a dozen other things you need to pay attention to. Anybody not offering rent increases is a bandit and a thief.
