Q: What should I consider regarding the offer?
A: Tax language for starters.

Q: What questions or concerns should be asked?
A: Who is making you the offer? If you are dealing with a broker ask them to confirm with you that are not getting paid on both sides of the deal.

A: What type of property is it?

Q: How can I insure future clients have to negotiate with me?
