What are the differences in cell site lease agreements for cell towers and for rooftop cell site antenna leases? Should they both be for 25 or 30 years for example? What about pricing of the rents?
There are very specific differences between rooftop cell site lease agreements and cell tower (ground) leases. You question is very broad, not sure I want to go into a dissertation here. Generally carriers approach a rooftop in areas where building a tower would not make sense or where zoning codes require them to exhaust all mounting options before going for approval to build a tower.
