My dad has been contacted by Verizon Wireless to lease some land for a new cell tower . They have gave us a basic contract to look at. Some of it we don't understand and there's definitely some stipulations we would like to put in what do we do next. We are not having much luck finding an attorney locally.

You need experts in cell tower contracts. Don't do it on your own. It will pay off.
