Average or sample lease rates.

I'm just trying to find out some ballpark lease rates people have gotten to see if it's even worth my time pursuing this. anybody???

Jeff you gotta be much more specific.

What is being proposed? (Monopole, lattice, guyed tower, rooftop?)

Where is it being built specifically? (mountaintop, agricultural, woods, downtown, suburban, commercial, etc.? - location, topography, zoning)

Who is proposing it? (Carrier, or developer? - there are developers who are well established and there are a lot of small shady developers)

What you are asking is like pulling up to the McDonald's drive though and asking the fast food clerk, "how much does it cost?"
