I have AT&T on my property in Los Angeles. The tower was placed there in 1988. In 2000, AT&T asked for a reduction in lease terms via a 3rd party. We agreed to: 6% escalator lowered to 3% and a $200 reduction in monthly rent on a 15year, no cancellation lease. Woo pee! Since then, Sprint has come on board and has panels on the AT&T tower. I get $2,100 from Sprint and $2,100 from AT&T. No Sublease sharing with AT&T. I feel I have been ripped of by ATT and the 3rd party when the scare tactics were used to lower rent in 2000.
The tower is Located at the "East LA interchange" of Freeways. Also known and the "Busiest intersection of freeways in the world" as per wikapedia/google. 10fwy, 60Fwy, 101 Fwy, 5Fwy. Not counting heavy surface street traffic as well.
