Is there a way to determine what a drone platform lease rate should be? We have a law enforcement agency seeking to place a drone platform on our rooftop.

If there are multiple rooftops they can chose from you won't be able to push as hard on price. We've seen county sheriff departments and federal agencies pay between $1,000 and $5,000 per month for various vertical real estate.
