We lease to AT&T and American Tower. We discovered that one of them installed 9 new antennas on our roof without authorization. How can we find out who it was? We are assuming that asking them would be pointless, as our past dealings have shown they are confused by the concept of the truth. Thanks for any advice.

Sue, please call us at 888-313-9750. We need to see your lease and exactly what they can or can't do without your consent.
thanks, Tower Genius

Subleases? by: Anonymous
I don't get anything if there is a sublease to other carriers by ATT or Crown Castle at this point, as per my lease agreement. And ATT sub leases to Sprint. Sad for me.
So, I figure your site is a very good one. Before calling an attorney and wasting $$, I would also not waste time getting speculation by people like me that don't know what your lease says. I would call these guys at Tower Genius and send them my lease to see if they can sweeten your deal to keep you from calling a lawyer.
Again, your lease may put you in a bad position if you have agreed to the term that allow additional carriers without your consent or compensation.
