Another company offering to buy lease
(Grey County, Ontario, Canada)
If there is a tower on your land leased by Rogers (with a clause stating you must extend the lease until 2030) and AT&T has approached you asking to buy the lease. Is there anyway this is possible?
Contractually you are obligated to renew with Rogers. But AT&T has offered a lump sum of money that seems like a better offer then what Rogers currently pays. I guess the question is really is there anyway out of the Rogers lease/ anyway to accept AT&T's offer?
