American Tower acquisition of Verizon tower

Hi,
We have Verizon on our property in Lower Lake California.

We just received a letter from American Tower asking us to sign a Sublease and Leaseback Agreement.

Any reason not to sign this?

They are not proposing any lease changes at this time.
