I am in the final stages of signing with Verizon on a 25 year lease to put a tower on my property in Orange, Texas.
It is in a very good area I believe, close to a very nice size intermediate and High School and I beleive very desireable for Verizon.
I negotiated several changes and even a slight rental increase initally but I am not sure still that they are agreeing to pay what the tower is worth per month and long term. Although I do not want to seem greedy at the same time they are using my property and I really beleive they can and will pay more, how do I go about finding out prior to signing the final contracts.
So far we have agreed to this point at starting off at $625 a month for the first 5 year contract.
Sincerely,
Bill
