What do you charge for negotiating a cell tower lease?

by John
(Orange County, CA)

I would like to find out what you charge for negotiating a cell site lease. My attorney is going to charge me a three thousand dollar retainer just to start working on this. How long does the process take? I need info. I tried calling your ring me number but it's after hours and went to voicemail.

John.

Cell tower services fees
by: Airwave

John we don't discuss fees anywhere on the website or in the public forums. We are very affordable and we do not charge up front retainer fees. Also we make it clear to all of our clients that we are not attorneys or paralegals - we are street smart ex-site acquisition consultants who have left the "dark side" and now are working to help landlords. And Airwave Management is not a substitute for a legal review. If feel you need to hire a lawyer - we are not the guys you want to talk to.

With that being said we are regularly hired by attorneys who require expert guidance on telecom infrastructure leasing matters, and they love marking up our work.

We recently had a client who spent $6K on retaining an attorney plus hourly fees and ended up not being to negotiate the cell tower lease for certain reasons. We do not charge retainers for our customers. We take on the risk by allowing clients to engage our services on a contingency basis for the lease being executed (signed).

Short answer is we are VERY affordable but NOT cheap. Our services more than pay for themselves.
Hope that helps. Please call us.
