Binded by contract on Inherited tower by: Anonymous
My parents signed a 50yr buyout with crown castle in 2016. They have both passed and I inherited the property and tower this year. I am being told that I am binded by the contract my parents signed and they will not renegotiate! Is there a loophole for this because they took advantage of my parents.
