We are a municipality in the NYC area. We need someone to discreetly guide us about selling our cell phone tower leases as we already have someone working on the matter but we'd like to get a second opinion as we have a lot of questions that seem to be falling by to the side.

Dem, glad to help. Sometimes these deals are beneficial to the towns depending what they need, and sadly many times they stink to high heaven, and one can easily be bamboozled by fast talking used car salesmen posing as wireless experts.
