I don't own this land, but it is on my mind to be acquired. At a rate of a little over half a million dollars for a price tag, can three towers more than pay for the land it sits on if negotiated properly?
I need a little more information. by: Sean (Tower Genius)
I do not understand your question. Are you looking to purchase land that currently has three towers that are built?
We would also need to know the address so we can look at aerial photographs to figure what these sites cover and to establish which companies are leasing space on the towers. This is the only way to determine the value of the towers.
Call us at 888-313-9750 so we can get the info and discuss your project.
