We have a internet tower on our property, roughly 40' tall with 6-8 repeaters on the tower running off our electricity ($30-$40 per month.) Question is, what is a fair price to charge for having the tower on our property and electric?
The poster is talking about a 40' tower located on their property for "broadband" redistribution. This is not an large cell carrier. Most tower companies have begun to embrace the smaller broadband providers and rates reflect accordingly.
Let me clarify simply this way. ATT, Verizon etc can and do connect 10,000+ subscribers per tower facility. A broadband relay tower depending on it's location can maybe do 200 to 300. Also, clearly a 40' tower doesn't gain you much unless you're in an open rural environment.
My guess is the current agreement is for free internet access in exchange for the use. Unless a major cell carrier is knocking down your door. Don't expect much more than that.

how much to charge by: Anonymous
Depends on location. Density of population, usage, traffic.
I have one at busy intersections of FREEWAYS in LA, I get $2,200 (historically low rent) right now. Soon to go way higher once lease expires. ATT is carrier.

Our church has been approached by a company who wants to put a cell tower on our property. They first offered $1,000 per month with a 2% annual escalator
I own property that the cell tower company has to cross to access their proposed site. Are they entitled to legal use of the specific easement. Also our
