Is Airwaves a law firm? I figured that hiring a cell tower attorney would be the best way to understand what my Verizon Wireless rental contract says.

The reason I hired Airwave was that they are not lawyers. The last thing I needed in my life was another attorney. They are very knowledgeable. Just because someone went to law school doesn't mean they can help you with your cell site lease. Thanks guys you rock!

Christopher thanks for the question. NO. Airwave Management is NOT a law firm. We are not cell tower attorneys and we don't give legal advice. If you need to hire a lawyer, we suggest you do that.

With that being said, our consultants have helped landlords with more cell tower leases than probably all of the cell tower "experts" out there.

We are also regularly hired by law firms to red-line leases for them and guide them through carrier negotiations.

Let's just say we have wireless leasing street smarts that is lacking in the industry.
