AT&T Cell Tower Lease Rates near Albuquerque, New Mexico

What is AT&T PAYING FOR A CELL TOWER in New Mexico? I was offered $1,000 and 10% increases every 5 year term. Can I get more or should I take it? I don't want to lose the deal.

Look Jay it's totally up to you. Are you getting top dollar? Probably not. IF YOU'VE READ THROUGH OUR WEBSITE WE PREACH TERM - TERMS - TERMS, AND WATCH YOUR LANGUAGE CLOSELY. That is, you can have a great rental rate and still have a really bad lease arrangement if you SCREW UP the terms.

I have no idea what other choices the carriers would have besides your property to build a tower. If you are the only game in town then you have some leverage in the negotiation. Otherwise, you can push a little but speed if crucial in getting the lease reviewed and terms agreed to.

I heard that AT&T Wireless is going to be developing about 600 new cell towers and or rooftop cell sites in the Southwestern USA (NM & AZ) so they might be very busy in-house which can work in your favor.
