whats an easement on my property worth?

I have been contacted by a Verizon person that does cell tower start ups/leases. The proposed site is actually right next door to my property. I have been asked if I can let Verizon use the power poles on my property to supply power for their tower. The tower will be approx. 280 feet from my property line and approx. 300 feet from a residence that I own. This tower essentially kills my property.
My question is this, what can ask for the easement of this new wiring that will be strung from the power poles on my property? How big will this easement be? I feel like a need representation from a lawyer just to talk with these people. Thank You MH
