We are a public school

by Mark
(Oregon)

We are a public school and have been approached by a company representing Verizon. They would like to replace one of our light poles at our football field with a taller pole and place their cell antenna on it. They said they will pay all the costs and pay us $1,500 a month for 10 years. They also said if there was room we could rent to another carrier. Does this sound reasonable? What do you charge for representation?

Depends

Mark, the rate is questionable depending on other sites available and what the zoning in your town looks like. Our rates are not published, just call me and i will go over them with you. They are very straightforward.
