Tower lines are running through my property with no easement
by K. Rasmussen
( USA)
We have a cell tower next to our property. But the actual lines run through the center of our property. Do we have any rights to have these lines moved or to be compensated for the use of our property? The bank has informed us that we can not take a loan out to build on our property because these lines are running through the center of the property. The Cable company decided not to relocate the lines due to the high cost involved. It was estimated at $80,000.00 to move the lines over about 15 feet.(Pg&E and At&t are also on the lines.) Thank you.
