Title search revealed filed lease not on tower

by Robin
(Bucks County Pennsylvania)

I did a title search on my property. It revealed a recorded lease on my tower that i was not aware of. The tower company had not told me about and was not and is not paying revenues sharing on that lease. Does this happen ? I asked the tower people about this and so far no response. Any thoughts?
