Sprint and Cell on Wheels rental

by Question
(massachusetts)

Currently sprint has an antenna upon a water tower on the property owned by my company in Massachusetts. They have been renting that right for quite some time. The water tower is coming down soon and we have terminated the agreement with sprint that was maybe in place for say 5 years. Sprint now wants to put a 36 ft Cell on Wheels trailer on the property and only are offering to pay $300 more for that privilege at least until they are able to build a proper cell tower in town. That seems cheap to me?

You are probably right.

Please call us. Sprint needs at minimum 1 year to go out, find an alternative site, get it lease and get town approval and build it. They are in between a rock and a hard place. Please call us to discuss if needed. An additional $300 is probably cheap however we have no idea how cheap until we know what rent they are paying you.
