selling tower lease

I have a tower on my land, I get letters offering to buy my lease. What is in this? I need to know how this works and how they are to make money because I will not take less then I am now.

The lease buyout companies will usually pay you between 13X - 14X the annual revenue regardless, even if you still have 24 years remaining on your lease. They won't pay you the full value. Tower companies like Crown and American Tower will usually pay more if they want your tower. There are many factors. Please give us a call.
