SBA Lease extension

by Karl
(Wisconsin)

SBA wants to extend our lease for 60 years. We have seen little growth in revenue over the past 10 years. How does your company work and how much do you charge to manage and grow our revenue stream?

SBA tower revenue
by: Tower Genius

Karl...
60 years is way too long.
SBA wants to increase the revenue stream on your tower, and they are certainly marketing it to carriers.
If your tower is up for renegotiation please let us know.

Call us at 888-313-9750, we have a bunch of questions and can help you assess the situation if you have about 5 minutes.
