Gerald, there is a lot more to be concerned about in these tower lease deals presented to landlords other than just the rental rates. There's additional issues such as increases, taxes, maintenance issues, termination clauses, indemnification, co-location issues, assignment issues and general leasing vocabulary that if not crafted properly can break a landlord's back.

We see that you are in the telecommunications industry and if you are trying to help a friend or are being paid by a client to negotiate a deal for them this is very different that other types of leases. A large portion of our business comes from Commercial Leasing Attorneys who call us for assistance because they realize they are out of their depth in this type of leasing.

Please contact us or another wireless leasing leasing professional to assist you. A well crafted deal could be a huge money maker even in rural area, but a poorly crafted deal could end up being an incumberance on the property and a financial problem.
