Power line ground lease agreement

by Mike Kelly
(Littleton, Colorado)

I am the head of a condo board in the Denver, Colorado area. We have been approached by a wireless carrier that wants to locate on an existing power line on our property. We have the rights to the ground space and they have sent us a lease with some drawings for our review.

We want to make sure we are getting the best deal and also protect ourself in the agreement... can you help us or direct us to someone in our area who could guide us?
