Negotiating an admendment to our lease with AT.

My First question is how much does it cost to use your services?

We just received an amendment to our lease with American Tower. My husband has been renegotiated the terms and payments. I'm not liking the wording of their amendment and would like to change it. Do you think it is too late? The amendment has not been signed yet.

They are adding the RTFR and wants to add the right to use additional land around their guide wire anchors.

I would call these guys since it involves some amendments to the lease that are not for your benefit.
