multiple companies installation on a cell tower with a single company agreement

Sir,
I have leased my land to Reliance Communication limited with an agreement for 15 years. After 3 years the company is installing another company's network transmitters on the same cell tower now, but they are not paying any extra amount. If i ask them about this, the technicians coming there, they replying to us this is quite common everywhere and you won't get any additional amount. Is this really justifiable or otherwise they are cheating me? Please give me the legal infermation about this.

A valid concern - look at your lease contract.

Dear K RAMU:

We only provide services for customer in North America (USA and Canada) however your answer should be found within your Mobile Lease Agreement. And we don't provide legal advice, just common sense technical guidance regarding mobile telecom leasing.

With that being said... If the tower company's lease agreement with you allows them to SUBLET or SUBLEASE the tower space and/or the ground space then they probably have the ability to add subtenants without paying you. If your lease does not discuss Subletting then you should consult with a local attorney regarding real estate statues in India.
