Md7 and US Cellular rent reduction study

Tower Genius provided a report on the cellular market in our area and recommendations for dealing with Md7 hired by U.S. Cellular to reduce our monthly rent and change our lease.

Thanks for the comments. One of the reasons that we decided to start Tower Genius was because we saw the cellular carriers and 3rd party cellular consultants playing hardball with non-profit organizations, especially churches.
