I have two parcels of land. Both are located in southern Utah, approx 5 miles south of Cedar City. One is adjacent to I-15 and consists of 100 acres ( C/D ), The other is one mile off the freeway and will be bisected by a highway to be completed fall of 2015 and is 400 acres ( A/B ). Both are raw land, currently zoned agriculture and have access to electrical.
