Looking to Acquire a Verizon (or other) Lease Agreement for a New Site

We have a 361 acre tract of timberland in Rusk County, Texas approximately 6 miles east of Mt. Enterprise (Bounded by CR3230, CR3218, and the East Fork of the Angelina River). We have a high knoll (salt diaper) about 150-ft higher than the existing grade and are about to do a timber harvest on the knoll and are interested to negotiate the installation and lease of property for a comm's tower. Currently we are on the edge of Verizon/ATT service. No 4G LTE at all. We feel our site will add value to any communication companies' tower portfolio.

Can you guys help us find an interested tower owner and possibly negotiate on our behalf?

PS: We also have a 148 acre tract of high land 4 miles east and 2 miles west of Hwy 259 through Mt. Enterprise. Both properties are available.

We don't broker properties. Go back to our home page, 3rd button on the top left says "Get A Cell Site". Bookmark that page. It has all the contacts that you need at carries and tower companies to see if you have a viable location.
