Legal question regarding AT&T tower on my land
by Lisa and Tom
(Upstate, NY)
Our tower was built in 1995, 30 year lease, orignally Cellular One, now AT&T. The original survey provided by the leasing company is apparently wrong. We've been trying to get them to fix it for years. How do I contact AT&T, since their site management company (American Tower) will not return our calls or let us speak to anyone in their legal department. Can this lease be renegotiated because of their failure to perform? If so, would your company be interested in renegotating it?
