I am renewing my US cellular tower lease rate. My tower is in Morgantown WV. Directly across the interstate from me is a verizon tower. This tower has been on the property for 15 years. I believe the lease rate is low. Do you have any information on lease rates in this area.

The Verizon tower across the street will likely become an American Tower site if it's not one already.
