Lease from Global Signal, now Crown Castle

I have 3 carriers on this tower, sprint, verizion and t mobile. Verizion has updated to frontier telephone fiber optic. Now Sprint is in the process of up grading to comcast fiber optic. They have not asked for any consent nor have I given any. Also no change in my monthly payments. Am i entitled to anything?

We need to see the lease.
by: Tower Genius

Chuck, when you get a chance please call us at 888-313-9750 or fax us the lease (same number) so we can see what their Permitted Use rights are. The initial consultation with us is free, and we can at least provide you with some strategy for the future if nothing else.
